Try these three-ingredient chocolate truffles for a delectable no-bake dessert. They're extremely simple to make (just 10 minutes! ), so they're perfect for a last-minute treat or a fun weekend activity.

But they're more than just a pretty sweet treat; they're also high in amino acids, antioxidants, and healthy fats. Mindbodygreen's chocolate beauty & gut collagen+, a hydrolyzed collagen powder that supports strong hair and nails, is the star component. Collagen supplements have also been demonstrated to improve skin elasticity and hydration, resulting in fewer fine wrinkles and firmer, more supple skin. This premium collagen blend also includes vitamin C and vitamin E, providing additional antioxidant protection for the entire body. Turmeric, biotin, SGS, L-glutamine, and hyaluronic acid are also included for added skin and all-over benefits.

Oh, and we'd be remiss if we didn't note the powder's flavor: It's created with organic chocolate and monk fruit extract, which gives it a rich, sweet flavor that's never saccharine.

What more could you want from a dessert than this delicious, delectable dish with a beauty-enhancing twist?

3-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

Makes 10 to 12 truffles

Ingredients:

  • 12 avocado, melted 12 cup dark chocolate (80 percent is excellent, but use whatever you have on hand)
  • mbg chocolate beauty & gut collagen+ 1 scoop
  • 13 cup cocoa (optional) (for dusting)
  • Crushed peppermint bark, sea salt, coconut shreds, cacao nibs, walnut pieces are all optional toppings.

Method:

  1. Set aside the dark chocolate, which can be melted over a double boiler or in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  2. Process the avocado (without the skin) in a food processor until smooth.
  3. In a food processor, combine the melted chocolate with mbg's chocolate beauty & gut collagen+, and process for 30 to 45 seconds, or until smooth.

  4. To make a tougher combination, remove the chocolate-avocado mixture from the food processor and place it in the fridge for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove the mixture from the fridge after 30 minutes, and roll the avocado-chocolate mixture into balls using about 12 to 34 teaspoons each.
  6. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and sprinkle with whatever toppings you choose.
  7. Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to eat it!
